A 33-year-old died in Paphos on Monday afternoon after fainting in a gym.

He was taken by ambulance to Paphos general hospital, where doctors struggled to keep him alive.

A postmortem has been carried out and samples were taken for histopathological analysis.

The police have ruled out foul play.
