Applications now open for one of Cyprus’ most anticipated early-career programs.

Exness, a global fintech company headquartered in Limassol, has officially opened applications for its 2026 Internship Program in Cyprus, seeking a new cohort of young professionals eager to gain real-world corporate experience. Now firmly established as a key early-career initiative within the local business community, the program will welcome 25 interns to the company’s Limassol office this summer.

Running from 12 June to 7 August, the structured, paid internship offers university students and recent graduates the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects across multiple departments while developing practical skills in a professional, fast-paced environment. The program begins with a two-day induction, introducing interns to Exness’ culture, teams, and ways of working, before transitioning into hands-on collaboration with experienced professionals.

Since its launch in 2022, the Exness Internship Programme has hosted over 50 interns in Cyprus, reflecting the company’s ongoing investment in local talent and its commitment to supporting young professionals at the start of their careers. What began as a small initiative has grown steadily, expanding across business and technology functions and attracting students from diverse academic backgrounds.

Through the program, interns gain exposure across multiple business areas including technology, marketing, trading, legal, payments and people functions. Operating under a hybrid work model, the program combines structured mentorship, continuous feedback and practical responsibility, ensuring participants gain an authentic understanding of corporate operations.

Beyond their daily roles, interns benefit from a collaborative workplace environment designed to foster learning, initiative, and professional confidence. Upon completion, participants receive a certificate recognising their contribution and experience.
