The Access City Festival 2026 is returning with renewed energy and an expanded scope, travelling to several cities across Cyprus, organised by the Enavsma Foundation.
Following the successful co-organisation of previous years with Round Table 7 Paphos, the Festival is continuing to evolve, transforming central locations in cities from Nicosia and Polis Chrysochous to Paphos and Larnaca into open hubs of experiential activities and parasports. With the contribution of the Enavsma Foundation and the collaboration of municipal authorities, local bodies and organisations, each stop on the Festival’s route offers a comprehensive experience of inclusion, promoting understanding and acceptance through active participation.
Building on the experience and momentum of previous years, the organisers will provide a rich programme of activities. Events will combine sporting activities, hands-on engagement and interactivity, creating an environment that is open and accessible to all. At the same time, particular emphasis is to be placed on collaboration with organisations and athletes, reinforcing the Festival’s social character and highlighting the importance of equal participation in sport and society.

At the same time, visitors can take part in experiential parasports activities, in collaboration with the non-profit organisations “Yparcho” and “Goal in Life”, explore the innovative Ablebook platform, and try wheelchair basketball with the APOP Paphos team.
For the first time this year, at the Polis Chrysochous stop, and in collaboration with Polis Chrysochous Municipality, the official guest will be Cyprus’ highly decorated Paralympian and eight-time Olympic medallist, Karolina Pelendritou.
The programme in Nicosia, Paphos and Larnaca is also being further enhanced by the Community Games between the Enavsma Foundation team and Municipal Authorities, held as part of the ALLWYN Cyprus 3×3 Basketball Tournaments (www.cyprus3x3.com.cy). Stay tuned for team line-ups, as Enavsma will field an even stronger team this year featuring well-known and much-loved public figures.
The Access City Festival 2026 is an open invitation to all to participate in a celebration of diversity, sport and social awareness, transforming every city into an inclusive space.
