Cypriot clubs return to European competition this week as Omonia, Pafos FC, AEK Larnaca, and Apollon begin their UEFA qualifying campaigns.

Omonia will be the first to play on Wednesday, hosting Kazakhstan’s Kairat Almaty at the GSP Stadium in the second qualifying round of the Champions League.

The Nicosia giants aim to secure an advantage for next week’s return leg.

On Thursday, Pafos FC will travel to Croatia to face Hajduk Split in the second qualifying round of the Europa League.

AEK Larnaca will also begin their Conference League campaign at home against Beitar Jerusalem, while Apollon will travel to Georgia to take on Dila Gori.

The second-leg matches will take place next week as all four clubs strive to advance to the next qualifying round.
