A total of 13 cars’ windscreens were smashed in a car park in Ayia Napa, with the police describing the incident as “malicious” and saying they have launched an investigation.

The police say that they were informed of the incident at around 11pm on Sunday, and that officers have since “examined the scene and collected evidence”.

Their investigation into the matter is ongoing.
