Cypriot investment firm Demetra Holdings Plc bought back 1,507 of its own shares on October 2, 2026, as part of its ongoing share buyback programme, according to an announcement issued on Monday.

The transactions were executed through the Cyprus Investment & Securities Corporation Ltd (Cisco) at a price of €1.38 per share.

The company carried out the transactions in accordance with the relevant regulations of the Cyprus Stock Exchange (CSE) and the directives of the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission.

The purchase followed a decision taken at the firm’s annual general meeting on June 30, 2026, where shareholders granted the required authorisation for the buyback scheme.

The entire batch of 1,507 shares was acquired in a single transaction during standard trading on the CSE.

The total value of the equity purchase amounted to just under €2,080 based on the uniform price paid per security.
