The MBA programme of the University of Cyprus, in line with its social contribution and commitment in creating visionary and influential leaders in the local business community, offers a number of scholarships to qualified candidates from the private and public sector, as well as to members of related professional associations and non-profit organisations.

Since its establishment in 2006, the UCy MBA programme has earned a strong reputation, domestically, regionally and internationally, as a high-quality programme of postgraduate/professional business education, at par with those offered at well-established and highly reputable institutions in Europe and North America. This is also proven by the fact that the programme holds the EPAS quality accreditation by the European Foundation for Management Development (EFMD) since 2012; it also holds the highest evaluation score by the Cyprus Agency of Quality Assurance and Accreditation in Higher Education (CY.Q.A.A.) since 2018.

The curriculum is designed according to international best-practices and is delivered by internationally acclaimed faculty. The programme offers flexibility and diversity, stresses personal development, as well as collaborative training, in alignment with current market trends and modern business philosophy. Three distinct cohorts are currently offered:

  • A two-year part-time English MBA programme offered in the evening.
  • A two-year part-time Greek MBA programme offered in the evening.

The part-time programmes are specifically designed for professionals and individuals already in the workplace.

  • A one-year, full-time English MBA programme, which follows an intensive curriculum with lectures both in the mornings and in the evenings.

Responding to the unprecedented challenges posed by the spread of the Covid-19 pandemic in Cyprus, the UCy MBA immediately implemented the use of technology for e-learning and teleworking and thus continues uninterruptedly its operation.
