Paphos police on Wednesday arrested a man in connection with a burglary committed last month in a home in Achelia village in the Paphos district.

According to police, several items had been stolen including jewellery and electronic items valued at 1,400 euros.

Following the arrest one of the missing electronic gadgets, a mobile phone, was found in his possession.

Police said the suspect had confessed.
