Charity bazaar all about jewellery

prozak bazaar

The quaint Nicosia bar Prozak is known for its cool brandy sours and green garden – even though its veranda overlooks the street. Open from the afternoon until early in the evening, a popular time at Prozak is sunset, not because the descending sun is visible from there but because those last few hours of daylight can be spent quietly at this café, sitting outside sipping a minty lemonade or the all-time-favourite Cypriot cocktail that they do so well.

Inside Prozak is a cosy and charming space that could feel like a friend’s living room, filled with books, couches and wall art. Back when we could sit indoors and events were buzzing, Prozak often organised live music nights, spoken word evenings and art exhibitions. Now, given the current measures, it has spread its tables on the pavement outside and one event is coming up that hasn’t been staged for a while.

From Saturday to the following Saturday Prozak will host a second-hand jewellery charity bazaar, all for a good cause. The café-bar will fill with handmade, vintage and contemporary jewellery, faux bijoux from various designers as well as silver pieces at amazing prices.

All profits will go to the D.O.G Rescue Cyprus (Dali Organised Group) Shelter giving jewellery lovers an extra incentive to go and browse items.
