Police arrested a 20-year-old early on Friday for speeding on the Limassol-Nicosia motorway.

The man was caught driving at 200km per hour, in an area where 100km per hour is the maximum speed limit. He was driving towards Nicosia.

He also violated the midnight curfew as he was found around 40 minutes after midnight, according to the police.
