Easy, crispy Provençal tomato tart

In this video, Chef John Mitzewich, host of the popular Food Wishes YouTube channel, shows us how to make a deliciously crisp tomato tart – a specialty of Provence.

This simple tart can be tailoured to taste – options include adding herbs to the crust, using different flavours of mustard, or experimenting with various cheeses. It can also be prepared in any number of shapes and sizes, using the best tomatoes of the season.

The tomato tart is excellent either as a dinner starter or paired with a green salad for lunch, so, do give it a go for yourself, and, as Chef John likes to say: enjoy!
