Gordon Ramsay’s beet salad with goat cheese and prosciutto

Pickle apples, candy pistachios, roast beets… you can get as fancy as you like with this beautiful, refreshing and earthy salad, as prepared by famous chef and restaurateur Gordon Ramsay.

The ultra-nutritious ingredients are brought together with a whipped herbed goat cheese, and a dash of decadent, crispy prosciutto (simply omit for a vegetarian version).

Bonus tip? Save your leafy beet greens to sauté or – if you’re making this salad in the colder weather months – to use in soups and stews: they are packed with vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.
