Friday and Saturday are set to be sunny and warm, with temperatures slightly above the seasonal average, but a shift is expected by Sunday with rain and storms on the cards.

For Friday, however, the temperature is set to rise to 35C inland, 32C on the north coast, 30C on the remaining coasts and 27C in the mountainous areas.

In the evening, temperatures will drop to 18C in the interior, 21C along the coasts and 15C in the higher reaches.

Saturday is set to be hot and muggy, with increased clouds and temperatures.

But a shift is expected on Sunday, with increased cloud density and a slight drop in temperature which may give way to showers in the afternoon, as storms are also likely in the mountainous areas.

Monday is set for a further slight drop in temperatures, with further clouds and showers expected.
