Where do you live?
I am living in London, with my boyfriend.

What did you have for breakfast?
I usually have Weetabix with milk, honey and apple slices and a coffee.

Describe your perfect day
Sunny day, with a walk in the city and then home for a movie night with my boyfriend and a cheese board.

Best book ever read?
Good Vibes, Good Life by Vex King. Because it made me realise a lot about how we think can affect us, how self-care and self-love are important to our wellbeing and of course it showed me the importance of positive thinking/manifesting.

Best childhood memory?
Christmas. Because my parents made sure we always had the best experiences. From decorating the house all together to the family movie nights and family dinners.

What is always in your fridge?
I always have inside my fridge Cheese

What music are you listening to in the car at the moment?
Songs by Dua Lipa

What’s your spirit animal?
I would say Deer. The deer is considered a sensitive and intuitive spirit animal and it balances confidence, success, gentleness and grace. So, I believe that’s the spirit animal that fits best with my character.

What are you most proud of?
Being able to balance my sports career with my personal life and my academics. (The fact that I managed to graduate from university with my bachelor’s degree and now almost with my Master while training and competing full time and getting medals, is something I am very proud of).

What movie scene has really stayed with you?
When Snape dies in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. He was such a misunderstood character in the movie and it’s literally the representation of that we shouldn’t judge someone.

If you could pick anyone at all (alive or dead) to go out for the evening with, who would it be?
I would choose my parents, brother and grandparents as I live in the UK and they are all in Cyprus and I miss having family lunches/dinners with them.

If you could time travel when/where would you go?
I think I wouldn’t go anywhere, I am happy how my life turned out and the choices I made. We all make mistakes and ‘wrong’ choices, but these mistakes are what makes us who we are and my life motto is ‘Everything happens for a reason’.

What is your greatest fear?
My biggest fear is losing someone I love.

What would you say to your 18-year-old self?
Never stop chasing your dreams.

Name the one thing that would stop you dating someone
Thinking that they are better than everyone.

If the world is ending in 24 hours, what would you do?
I would spend every single minute of it with my family and loved ones.
