Alphamega Hypermarkets organised a special live cooking event to celebrate their recent collaboration with the Italian Trade Agency, as well as the launch of the promotion of in-store Italian products.

In attendance were Italian Ambassador to Cyprus Federica Ferrari Bravo, and Trade Commissioner of the Italian Trade Agency, Claudio Pasqualucci, together with members of Alphamega’s management team.

The event featured the preparation of Italian delicacies, which customers and special guests later had the opportunity to savour. The recipes and delightful dishes were prepared by Chef Nicholas Constantinou, at Alphamega’s Engomi kitchen. Guests and customers also had the chance to sample Italian products on offer at stores of the hypermarket chain.

In a flourish, Trade Commissioner Pasqualucci finessed the event by preparing everyone’s favourite – a delicious and authentic pasta carbonara, which the audience enjoyed immensely.
