Polis Chrysochous has set up the infrastructure to provide free internet at six locations on its organised beaches.

According to the announcement by Mayor Giotis Papachristofi, as of Sunday, these are now three free WiFi spots on ‘La Plage’ municipal beach, two spots at the Polis campsite, and one at Porto Latchi beach.

The municipality also announced that several of the area’s organised beaches, including ‘La Plage’, are being upgraded with new sunbeds, umbrellas, and showers.

Finally, the mayor noted that ‘La Plage’ was one of the first beaches in Cyprus to install an access ramp for the disabled for facilitated entry and exit from the sea.
