Hellenic Bank CEO Oliver Gatzke returned to his duties today following a recent decision by the bank’s board of directors after an investigation into allegations of statements and actions attributed to him.

In a brief statement informing the Cyprus Stock Exchange of its decision on Monday morning, the Hellenic Bank board said that Petros Arsalides, who was officiating the group’s Chief Executive Officer’s duties, has returned to his role as General Manager of the Chairman’s Office and Company Secretariat.

The board of directors thanked Arsalides for his contribution during this period of time.
