Invest Cyprus, the Cypriot Investment Promotion Agency, is poised to unveil its strategic objectives and initiatives during its Annual General Meeting, taking place later today.

The conference, to be held at the Filoxenia Conference Centre in Nicosia, is expected to showcase Cyprus’ prospects in investment and economics, emphasizing the organisation’s role in sustainable growth and the strengthening of the investment sector.

The event will be inaugurated by Deputy Minister to the President, Irene Piki, on behalf of President Nikos Christodoulides.

Following the opening, Makis Keravnos, Minister of Finance, will address the attendees. Additionally, the Annual General Meeting will be greeted by Eugenios Eugeniou, President of Invest Cyprus.

Moreover, a keynote presentation titled “Investable Projects in Cyprus: Processes and Key Criteria,” by Invest Cyprus CEO, Marios Tannousis is expected to attract significant interest during the course of the event.

Invest Cyprus has repeatedly noted that its key object is to transform Cyprus into one of the premier destinations for living, working, and business activities.

The organisation’s top priorities remain centred on three pillars. These include positioning the country as an international business hub focusing on technology, as well as fostering direct investments in strategic projects across sectors such as hospitality and tourism, primary and secondary education and student housing, healthcare, restoration, health tourism, business parks, office spaces, corporate housing, and renewable energy.

The third pillar revolves around Cyprus’ capacity as a jurisdiction for capital managers and asset elements.
