One of the biggest tech and entrepreneurship events for start-ups, investors and decision-makers is returning for its annual event. Reflect Festival 2025 is back, making Limassol a global hub of ideas, networking and learning from world business leaders. And it is not only those in Cyprus who look forward to the event each year but professionals from Europe, Africa and the Middle East as it gathers speakers and attendees from around the world. Mark your calendars for May 15 and 16 at Kolla Factory.
“I’m proud that Reflect Festival continues to be a key meeting point for technology and innovation in emerging markets. We are focused on building stronger connections in the region and showcasing Cyprus as a growing entrepreneurial hub,” says co-founder and CEO of The Doers Company Stylianos Lambrou.
During the festival days, Limassol will be full of start-ups seeking funding, investors scouting the next big opportunity, corporate leaders looking for tech-driven innovation, and other tech enthusiasts, students, scientists and policymakers. With over 200 investors, more than 300 start-ups, and some 150 speakers, attendees can expect high-quality networking, business opportunities and insights into the latest tech trends.
Beyond the main event, 30 or so side events will take place across Limassol’s city centre, offering exclusive meetups, gatherings, investor-founder matchmaking, and industry-specific discussions. These curated experiences will provide additional opportunities to connect, collaborate and explore business prospects beyond the festival’s main stages.
This year, Reflect Festival will feature four main stages, each focusing on a different sector of innovation. The Big Picture Stage will highlight key trends shaping the tech and entrepreneurial world, presented by experienced founders and business leaders. The Money Stage will be a dedicated space for discussions on finance, fintech, crypto and investment strategies, helping entrepreneurs and investors navigate a rapidly evolving financial landscape. The Future Stage will be a deep dive into the future of humankind, covering health and wellbeing, sustainability, the evolving workforce, ethical innovation and the future of cities and mobility.
The TechIsland Summit will be a gathering of government, technology and business leaders discussing the trends shaping innovation and Cyprus’ role as a growing tech hub. The festival will also host workshops, roundtable discussions and private networking lounges to facilitate deeper connections and knowledge-sharing.
Some of the first confirmed speakers include founder and CEO of Gropyus and Co-founder of Delivery Hero Markus Fuhrmann, founder at Hoxton and ex-CEO of OnlyFans Amrapali Gan, partner at Plug and Play Thomas Bigagli and partner at 500 Global Pedro Vieira.
As always, Reflect Festival fosters meetings between promising start-ups and seasoned investors. Beyond networking activities and a curated programme, it will include its first-ever Doers Pitch. It’s a live Shark Tank-style start-up competition where selected start-ups will pitch in front of 200+ investors actively looking for their next big investment.
“Reflect Festival is a must-attend event for anyone looking to connect with the most promising start-ups in the region. Countless investment conversations happen here,” explains Managing Partner and Co-founder of The Doers Company Dusan Duffek.
The expo will feature over 300 exhibitors, from early-stage start-ups showcasing interesting technologies to established companies demonstrating their solutions.
