Firefighters were required to extricate a man from his vehicle after a road traffic collision in the Larnaca suburb of Aradippou.

The fire brigade was informed of the incident at 5.49pm on Thursday, with the man being handed over to an awaiting ambulance crew and transferred to the Larnaca general hospital’s accident and emergency unit thereafter.
