Coronavirus: Change of location for Limassol rapid test site

The rapid testing site operating on Thursday in the industrial area of Ayios Athanasios, in Limassol has been transferred to the Cultural Centre of Ayios Athanasios due to the weather, the health ministry said.

The change was deemed necessary due to the current weather conditions, the ministry said, while the schedule will remain the same, between 8am and 4.30pm.

It is recalled that in Limassol there are 14 other rapid testing sites: between  8am and 6pm people may get tested at the church of Ayios Ioannis Eleimon, Andreas Themistocleous Tepak building, Ayia Zoni (Limassol old land and surveys office, Athinon Street), church of Ayios Nektarios in Mesa Yeitonia, church of the Apostles Peter and Paul in Kapsalos, church of Panagia Evangelistria in Polemidia, church of Panagia Chrysopolitissa in Ypsonas, church of Agia Varvara in Zakaki, the cultural Centre of the Municipality of Germasogeia, church of Apostolos Loukas in Agios Athanasios (refugee settlement), Erimi Medical Centre (opposite former co-op) and Ayios Stylianos Church in Linopetra.

Between 8.30am and 1.30pm there will be a testing site at the Community Council of Trimiklini, between 13.30pm and 5.30pm at the multi-centre in Pyrgos and between 08.30am and 12noon at the Mouttagiaka Amphitheatre.
