Deadline to register on electoral roll for parliamentary elections approaching

The deadline for applications to register to vote in the May 30 parliamentary elections is April 2, the interior ministry has announced.

Eligible voters are citizens of the Republic, ordinarily resident in Cyprus, aged 18 and over on the day of the elections, and registered on the electoral roll.

Young people who will become 18 years old by May 30, 2021, which is the date of the elections, also have the right to register on the electoral list.

Application forms can be obtained from the district offices, citizens’ services centres, citizens’ centres at post offices, the interior ministry and online from www.moi.gov.cy.
