Bakery in Limassol robbed

A bakery in Limassol was robbed by two armed men in the early morning hours on Thursday.

According to police, two hooded men smashed the glass entrance of the bakery at around 2am, entered and threatened a female employee with a bat and a knife before taking money from the till.

Together with another person who was waiting outside they fled in an unknown direction.

One of the perpetrators has been described as stocky. He was wearing black pants and a leather jacket. The second one is reportedly thin and was wearing a grey tracksuit and carrying a school bag over his shoulder. The third person wore a black tracksuit.
