Cyprus Institute offering a wide range of scholarships for master’s programmes

The Cyprus Institute has announced that it will offer scholarships for master’s studies for the academic year 2021-2022 in the following fields:

  • MSc/MPhil Environmental Sciences
  • MSc Simulation and Data Science
  • MSc Digital Cultural Heritage

The Cyprus Institute graduate school maintains a small number of master’s students that are fully integrated into the research activities of the institute. This offers students the opportunity to gain practical experience and training using the latest methods and techniques, to have access to state-of-the-art infrastructure and to conduct research with internationally recognized research teams.

Selection criteria:  

The Cyprus Institute will offer merit-based scholarships to top students who are admitted to the programme based on academic excellence, qualifications and interest in the respective programme of study.

Applications:

Holders of a degree from an accredited higher education institution in a relevant field are eligible to apply. Undergraduate students who are expected to receive their degree before the start of the programme may also apply. The language of instruction and communication of the programmes is English, hence, interested applicants will need to provide proof of English language proficiency.

The programmes are accredited by The Cyprus Agency of Quality Assurance and Accreditation in Higher Education (CYQAA) and are in line with the Bologna Process Second Cycle Degree Guidelines.
