Coronavirus: Ministry underlines election rallies not allowed

The health ministry on Tuesday said that the ban on events that could attract crowds, including election rallies, continues to be in place.

The ministry said it has received several requests from parliamentary candidates’ election campaigners for permission to organise events.

It recalled that no events are allowed in private or public spaces that could attract crowds such as rallies, protests, concerts, parades, festivals, or other similar events.
