Coronavirus: Eight charged for gambling

Paphos police arrested eight people whom they caught gambling on Sunday afternoon.

When officers searched a house under a warrant they found and seized 112 playing cards and 59 poker chips.

All eight suspects were charged and fined for breaching coronavirus protocols.

They were later released pending their appearance in court.
