In this interview, clinical psychologist and PTSD expert Dr. Christina Iglesia sheds light on the signs that someone may be suffering from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, as well as how to spot those symptoms.

Nearly 70 per cent of people have experienced at least one traumatic event in their lifetime, which can also lead to other mental health disorders like depression and anxiety. However, with the right support and diagnosis there is definitely hope for recovery.
