Having reviewed the firm’s financial performance for 2020, the Elias Neocleous & Co LLC management extends thanks to all partners and staff for their hard work and dedication throughout a very difficult year.

The firm is extremely pleased to announce, that, despite the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic and its related restrictions, Elias Neocleous & Co LLC met its 2020 financial targets and budget and continues to perform well in 2021, despite the continued economic uncertainty.

The firm’s ability to continue working to a high standard and without interruption owes much to its ongoing strategy of investing in state-of-the-art technology and modern management and appraisal methodologies. High performance has also been facilitated by the adoption of modern quality control and work processes. Throughout 2020, all systems and procedures operated as intended, with additional improvements and new products launched as planned.

With the successful completion of the first round of our novel staff appraisal system, the results confirm that the new design proved motivational, and will, in exceptional cases, result in salary reviews and performance-related bonuses for 2020.

Meanwhile, moving into 2021, we aim to continue to grow and develop our staff, while expanding our capabilities. The imminent launch of the NEOLAW.AI Alternative Legal Service Provider will be an important component of this change.

NEOLAW.AI is a technological tool, developed within Elias Neocleous & Co LLC, and designed to provide ‘value added’ services to our clients. This innovative product will revolutionise how legal and professional services are offered in Cyprus, hopefully paving technology’s evolution into a key business driver for this critical-to-the-economy sector.
