Breaking the cycle: how to transform ongoing self-sabotage

This video is meant to expand your general knowledge about living a healthy life and is NOT a substitute for seeking medical advice. Please consult with your doctor before making changes in your health practices, diet and self-care.

In this video, MedCircle host Kyle Kittleson, certified hypnotherapist Grace Smith and licensed clinical psychologist Dr. Ramani Durvasula discuss how to transform self-sabotage into self-improvement.

Behaviour is said to be self-sabotaging when it creates problems in daily life and interferes with long-standing goals. The most common self-sabotaging behaviours include procrastination, self-medication with drugs or alcohol, comfort eating, and forms of self-injury such as cutting.
