Where do you live?
Nicosia – Cyprus

What did you have for breakfast?
Firstly I have a cup of tea and then, a Banana-Avocado-Honey -Cashew milk smoothie

Describe your perfect day
Sleeping well, waking up not with an alarm but with the birds’ sounds. Starting by taking some deep breaths and spending some time listening to my goals that I pre-recorded for this very reason. Then, proceeding with making my daily action plan, taking action and accomplishing my goals.

Best book ever read?
I haven’t read a large amount of books but I tend to re-read the same ones that I find really intriguing instead. My favourite book is Born to Succeed by Colin Turner. It’s a book with the help of which, through practise, someone can focus on their inner self. It’s a self-awareness book with multiple exercises to help find one’s life purpose, set and achieve their goals. The reader is basically creating the storyline of the book, by doing the exercises and getting to know themselves.

Best childhood memory?
Playing football in the neighbourhood fields, especially at night

What is always in your fridge?
1kg box of Tahini

What music are you listening to in the car at the moment?
Bloody Hawk and Cypriot rap by Julio and Amo

What’s your spirit animal?
The eagle, being among the largest birds it symbolises power and freedom – the stamina to unearth your capabilities and the liberty of choosing your destiny, all by believing in yourself. Rebirth Of The Eagle claims that at around 40 years of age eagles go through a painful five-month process of rebirth in which they remove and regrow their beak, talons and feathers thereby allowing them to live another 30 years.

What are you most proud of?
I am proud that I was part of the social projects Utopia and Agora Project, two social examples for a better, more humanitarian, inclusive and fairer world for everyone.

What movie scene has really stayed with you? And why
The Greek movie Η Κόρη μου η Σοσιαλίστρια – My daughter, the Socialist when the actor is singing the song Hamogelo (Smile).

If you could pick anyone at all (alive or dead) to go out for the evening with, who would it be?
I would pick a true legend, the great singer Stelios Kazantzidis

If you could time travel when/where would you go?
Spain in the 80s – 90s

What is your greatest fear?
My greatest fear is the government violating my freedom, telling me how to live my life and not being able to travel.

What would you say to your 18-year-old self?
Spend time with yourself, visualise your life, travel, try different things, be mindful. Find your purpose, make the action plan and follow it!

Name the one thing that would stop you dating someone
Rudeness and lying

If the world is ending in 24 hours what would you do?
Share some Love, Forgive and ask for forgiveness. When I am done I will go out for a long night and party hard – like there is no tomorrow. And finally, watch the sunrise and enjoy the ending.
