His vehicle was spotted later with a plastic bag inside containing about a kilo of cannabis.

Another bag was found nearby with 17grammes of cannabis and a scale.

The 32-year-old was arrested in early morning hours on Thursday. He is faced with charges related to illegal drug possession, possession with the intend to deal, drug use and conspiracy to commit a crime.
