Romanian bank fraud suspect to be extradited in ten days

A 37-year-old man arrested for bank fraud will be extradited to Romania within 10 days, police said on Tuesday.

The man was arrested in Paphos on Sunday, in connection to a bank fraud case committed on January 1, 2013, in Romania.

He appeared before the Paphos district court on Monday.

A European arrest warrant had been issued by Romanian authorities for his arrest.
