Act as situations demand, be the way you wish – Sadhguru (Cyprus)

“You cannot do whatever you want to do, but you can be the way you want to be.”

In this video, yogi and mystic Sadhguru reminds us that action should follow what a situation demands. But regardless of the action, we can nevertheless remain joyful within ourselves.

“Do you want to be joyful or miserable?” he asks. “Joyful? So, just be the way you want to be. Does it infringe on anybody? No.”

“Everything that you do is actually an act,” the Isha Foundation head continues. “Either you do it consciously, or you do it compulsively. If you do it compulsively, you think it’s real. But actually it’s an act.”

If you do it consciously, then it becomes beautiful, he says.
