Four men assaulted and robbed food delivery driver

A 29-year-old food delivery man reported he was assaulted by four other men on motorcycles who stole his wallet and mobile phone late on Monday in Limassol.

The assault took place around 11.30pm while the man was driving on a specific road in the district and four unknown suspects riding motorcycles stopped in front of him.

The four started hitting him and stole his bag with his wallet inside which had €100 in cash, as well as his mobile phone, he told police.

The injured man was transferred via ambulance at the Limassol general hospital where he was diagnosed with a head injury and was kept for further treatment.
