Mr Luciano Scelza, Chief Operating Officer of Kanika Hotels & Resorts, stated that these two appointments are proof of the company’s dedication to its people. He went on to say that “Investing in our people, means that we invest in their development and training. Our goal is to promote more women in managerial positions and help our people grow as their growth is indicative of our growth as a company.”

Mr Valentin Osolos

Mr Valentin Osolos has a vast experience in the hospitality industry, and has worked at many prestigious 5 star Hotels and Resorts in West & East Europe, Middle East and the Caribbean. Mr Osolos joined Kanika Hotels & Resorts in 2019 as the Hotel General Manager of the Olympic Lagoon Resort in Paphos. The Olympic Lagoon Resort in Paphos has long been established as the leading all-inclusive luxury resort. Mr Osolos’ addition to the team has since then played a key role in maintaining, enhancing and upgrading the Resort. His vision, dedication, knowledge and experience played an integral part in taking the Olympic Lagoon Resort in Paphos to the next level of its continuing growth.

Mr Osolos will take over from Mr Charis Stylianou with immediate effect. Kanika Hotels & Resorts would like to thank Mr Stylianou, and wish him the best of luck in his future.

Mrs Elena Hadjicharalambous

Mrs Elena Hadjicharalambous joined Kanika Hotels & Resorts in 1998. Throughout her journey with Kanika Hotels & Resorts, Mrs Hadjicharalambous has held multiple managerial positions. Under the leadership and support of Mr Scelza and Mr Osolos, Mrs Hadjicharalambous completed the Kanika Hotels & Resorts Development program with flying colours, successfully gaining a Masters in Business Management from the University of West England, in 2019. Mrs Hadjicharalambous brings a wealth of talent and knowledge and represents Kanika Hotels & Resorts’ belief in investing in its own people and talent.
