The Famagusta district court on Wednesday sentenced a 47-year-old woman who was driving at three times the normal speed, to a 40-day prison sentence suspended for three years, and deprivation of her driver’s licence for 75 days.
The woman was caught driving at 155km per hour around 10pm on January 4 in the Dherynia area where she was stopped by traffic police.
