Former Turkish Cypriot leader Dervis Eroglu has been admitted to a private hospital in the north with high blood pressure and heart issues, it was reported on Sunday.

Turkish Cypriot media quoted Asil Eroglou, his daughter, saying that her father was in reasonably good health and the tests were continuing.

The hospital reportedly said there was no cause for concern.
