Lithuanian health minister to visit local hospital

Health Minister of Lithuania Arunas Dulkys begins a two day official visit to Cyprus on Tuesday.

According to a press release by the Cyprus health ministry, the visit aims to strengthen the relations between the two states in the field of health.

Health Minister Michalis Hadjipantela and his Lithuanian counterpart will visit the Famagusta general hospital on Tuesday afternoon as well as the Famagusta Cultural Centre in Derynia.

On Wednesday, Dulkys will meet the Cypriot health minister and the permanent secretary of the ministry, during which he will be informed about the work of the ministry, while they will discuss possibilities of cooperation.

Later on the same day, the two ministers will travel to Limassol, where they will visit the Limassol centre for preventive peadiatrics.
