Explosive device goes off outside Nicosia home, no injuries

An explosive device went off outside a house in Nicosia early on Sunday, police said.

According to police, at 4.15am they received information that an explosion had occurred outside a house in the capital.

At the scene they found that the device had been placed at the entrance to the house.

The explosion damaged the front of the house. No injured were reported.
