Paphos police on Sunday night stopped a car in Emba driven by a 22-year-old man with a 31-year-old woman and a 19-year-old man as passengers.

During the check, the 31-year-old woman was found to be in possession of a half-smoked cigarette containing cannabis, while the 19-year-old was found in possession of two flick knives with a sharp point.

The 31-year-old and the 19-year-old were arrested, charge in writing and released to be summoned before the Paphos District court at a later date.
