Man guilty of raping partner’s daughter

Paphos criminal court on Wednesday found a man guilty of raping the underage daughter of his partner.
The next hearing was set on September 20 this year for plea in mitigation of his sentence.
According to the court, the man had sexual intercourse with the minor without her consent on two separate occasions, while he was also touching and kissing her while he was living with her and her mother. The offences took place from 2018 until May 2019.
The court procedure was conducted behind closed doors.
