It is not often that Cyprus audiences are treated with big names from the international music scene, yet this autumn breaks the dry spell. This October, the island will welcome American singer-songwriter LP in a single highly-anticipated concert.

Famous for her hit Lost on You, LP will perform in Cyprus for the first time, featuring her greatest hits and showcasing new songs from her latest studio album Churches, which was released at the end of 2021.

On Sunday, October 2, the singer will take the stage at Limassol’s Zante Venue for an unforgettable concert, performing live favourite and new songs. Across the world, millions of listeners have streamed her music and await her tour this autumn.

“For me, all my listeners are one big family,” LP said in an interview. “When you see burning eyes, you realise that your music gets inside them, it’s an incomparable feeling, a real miracle. And I understand that my fans don’t care at all how I look, or how old I am, the main thing is that they immerse themselves in the songs, and catch the message that I convey to them. We are united by love.”

The concert organisers express an equal amount of excitement for the singer’s first Cyprus show. “Known for her catchy lyrics in the ‘big indie’ style,” they say, “LP, a.k.a Laura Pergolizzi, has enjoyed success since the release of her hit single Lost on You reached number one in 17 countries and has been streamed over a billion times. Outside of her own creations, LP has written songs for a huge number of artists including Cher, Rihanna, the Backstreet Boys, Mylene Farmer, Celine Dion, Christina Aguilera and others. Today she has her hit songs and record deals and plays sold-out shows all over the world.”
