Man arrested for riding stolen motorcycle

Police have arrested a 31-year-old man in Nicosia, who was seen driving a stolen motorcycle, authorities said on Saturday.

According to police, the man was seen on Lefkonos Street in late on Friday night and was stopped for a check.

Police discovered the motorcycle was stolen and had been taken from the Ayios Dhometios area in July last year.

The man was arrested for possessing stolen property, not having a driving licence, insurance, or registration.
