To mark the 65th anniversary of Tefal products’ presence in Cyprus, the brand’s exclusive representative company on the island, Lambis G. Constantinides Ltd, together with French consortium Groupe SEB, and exclusive distributors Homeways Ltd, organised two unique events for select partners and media representatives.

At the events, during which Chef Theodoros Eleftheriou offered a live cooking demonstration, guests learned of the innovative technology and features of the new “Tefal Unlimited” range, and witnessed the line’s non-stick and non-abrasive properties in action. Also presented was the history of Groupe SEB. The French appliance and cookware giant has, since 1857, enjoyed steady success, being present today in over 150 countries, with 33,000 employees, 31 brands and a total turnover of 8 billion for 2021. The consortium has also been ranked as one of the “Best Workplaces in Europe for 2022”.

Tefal is proud to have invented the world’s first electric steam iron and pressure cooker, and also to have been the first to create perhaps the world’s best non-stick cookware. With the diverse needs of each family in mind, and with the aim of bettering the lives of its customers, Tefal continues to design technologically advanced electric microwave ovens, steam irons with scratch-proof plates that feature excellent slip resistance, and pressure cookers of the highest safety, each inspired by and adapted to meet the demands of modern life.

As part of the events, a gala dinner was held, at which attending guests included Groupe SEB CEO Thierry de La Tour d’Artaise, French Ambassador to Cyprus Salina Grenet-Catalano, Swiss Ambassador to Cyprus Christoph Burgener and Greek Commercial Attaché Ioannis Katsaras. Also in attendance were ministers, government officials, Groupe SEB directors from France and Greece, representatives of other countries, and selected Tefal guests and partners from across the island.

At the dinner, the senior leadership of Groupe SEB honoured Lambis G. Constantinides as the longest and most loyal Tefal representative in the world.
