Today’s weather: Temperatures drop below 40 degrees

The weather on Wednesday will be predominantly clear, with a slight decline in temperature to 38 degrees inland and a slightly rough sea, as seasonal low pressure is affecting the area, leading to slightly unsettled weather conditions.

Temperatures will reach 34 degrees on the south and east coasts, 32 degrees on the west and north coasts, and 29 degrees in the higher mountains.

Increased cloudiness and isolated showers are expected in mountainous areas during the midday period, accompanied by weak to moderate winds ranging from 3 to 4 Beaufort from the south to the northwest, and stronger winds reaching up to 5 Beaufort on the south coast.

Tonight, the weather will be mainly clear, but locally low cloudiness or even light fog may form.

Winds will blow mainly northwest to northeast, light to moderate, 3 to 4 Beaufort and the sea will be slightly rough. The temperature will drop to around 24 inland and on the coast and to 18 degrees in the higher mountains.

Thursday will be mostly clear, with some localised cloud cover expected around midday, particularly over the mountains. Clear skies are also forecast for Friday and Saturday. Temperatures will remain steady over the three-day period, staying near or slightly above seasonal averages.
