Nicolaou’s stint at the helm of BoC extended until 2026

Panicos Nicolaou’s term in office as Chief Executive Officer (Ceo) of the Bank of Cyprus has been extended for another 4 years.

During meetings on Friday, the Boards of Directors of the Bank of Cyprus Holdings Public Limited Company (“BOC Holdings” together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”) and the Bank of Cyprus Public Company Limited (the “Bank”) announced that they decided to extend Nicolaou’s appointment as Ceo of the Group until December 31, 2026.
