Man wanted for Christmas Eve burglary in Polis Chrysohous

Police in Paphos on Tuesday are investigating a burglary and theft of items with a total value of €15,000 from a residence in Polis Chrysochous.

According to the police on Saturday at 2 pm a 52-year-old resident of an apartment village in Polis reported the break-in.

Police examined the scene and established that the perpetrator(s) gained entry through a first floor balcony by breaching the door with a sharp object.

Testimony was secured against a 41-year-old permanent resident of Paphos against whom an arrest warrant has been issued and he is wanted.
