Woman remanded in Larnaca child-porn case

The Larnaca court on Sunday remanded a woman aged 37 for four days as a suspect allegedly for the possession and distribution of child pornography.

Information was received by police from Europol that led to her arrest on Saturday and seizure of her electronic devices.

The woman was allegedly using a social media platform to distribute material relating to the sexual abuse of a child.
