National Guard concludes Daedalus 2023 exercise (video)

According to a press release from the Ministry of Defence, the purpose of this exercise was to establish a Drop Zone – Distribution Area within the brigade’s operational area.

The exercise aimed to familiarise the personnel of the brigade with the procedures for organising the Drop Zone, including the airdrop of supplies and materials from helicopters, as well as the procedures for reception, collection, and forwarding of materials to supported units.

As stated, the exercise results “demonstrated the high level of readiness and operational training of the participating personnel, as well as their strong morale and professionalism.”
