Returning renewed is the 23rd edition of an annual event that celebrates the world of dance. The Cyprus Choreography Platform, in Limassol on November 10-12, will present 12 new works by established and upcoming choreographers.

The event is organised by the Deputy Ministry of Culture and Rialto Theatre, and supports Cypriot creatives while also introducing new talents from the contemporary choreography world. This year, a dozen selected choreographers are currently rehearsing intensively to present their new projects.

Taking part this year is Amfidromo Chorotheatro and Elena Christodoulidou with their production called Chameleon; Melina Ioannidou with Match Point; Milena Ugren Koulas with Dead Mouse; Annie Khoury with Coming of; Olga Markari with What a Perfect World; and Diamanto Hadjizacharia with A Dance for the End of the World.

Also participating are Ioannis Economides with Bubble Consumer; Panayiotis Tofi with Mon Otage; Alexandra Waierstall with Embodied Practice by Twelve; Sotirios Panagoulias with The Burden; Panos Malactos with We All Need Therapy; and lastly, Harry Koushos with Instructions in Italics.

Alongside this main programme of performances, a series of parallel events will also take place, organised by Dance House Lemesos, under the title Dance Throughout the Year.
